1. Overview

By accessing Cyprus Fantasy League, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate.

3. Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Payment and Fees

Users pay an entry fee plus transaction charges. All prices are clearly displayed before payment.

In addition to the standard entry fees, certain leagues—such as the Premium League—require a separate participation fee of €20. This fee is clearly displayed prior to joining and must be paid through our secure payment processor. Participation in such leagues is entirely optional.

5. League Rules

• Users may create or join leagues.
• Winners are determined by the points system explained on our [Rules Page].
• We reserve the right to disqualify users for cheating or violating our rules.

6. Prize Distribution

Winners receive payouts via Stripe.

Premium Leagues may offer separate or enhanced prize pools, which are disclosed prior to joining. All payouts are subject to verification and are issued accordingly.

In the Premium League, participants who pay the €20 entry fee compete for a total prize pool of up to €2,000. This amount is awarded based on final rankings and points accumulated through skill-based performance, in accordance with the official rules of the game.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Server outages or third-party failures
• Errors in game logic
• Misuse of the platform or violation of these terms

8. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
