Refund Policy

1. How to Request a Refund

All payments (entry fees and transaction charges), including participation fees for Premium Leagues (e.g., €20 entry), are non-refundable once registration is completed and league play has started.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

      •     Duplicate payments due to system error

      •     Technical failure preventing participation (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of payment including:

      •     Full Name

      •     Transaction ID

      •     Reason for request

We reserve the right to deny refunds for violations of league rules or misuse of the platform.

Cyprus Fantasy League is a skill-based competition.

Participation and outcomes in our leagues, including the Premium League with an entry fee, are determined by each user’s knowledge, strategic choices, and ongoing engagement with the game.

This platform does not involve random chance, betting odds, or lotteries, and it does not constitute gambling or a game of chance under applicable laws.

All users compete under the same conditions, and rewards are based solely on performance metrics and point accumulation as defined in our Rules Page.

Cyprus Fantasy League does not hold a gambling license and does not operate under any gambling legislation, as it falls under the category of fantasy sports and skill-based digital competitions.
